the christmas decorations were wonderfully festive. busra provided excellent service during breakfast she ensured we felt cared for. the restaurant offered really good food especially the steak tartare it was so flavorful.

missing ringinsufficient response
I forgot to wear my wedding ring for one night and the next day it was missing from my room. Most likely during housekeeping. the response i got was , 'if we find anything, we'll text you on whatsapp. ' i felt this was not enough given the seriousness.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke! even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled awful. also, i had to pay for parking. i think parking should be free. the staff seemed indifferent in the breakfast and dinner restaurant. Some made me uncomfortable.
